About Kickflip
Kickflip is the product configurator software powering ecommerce personalization. From sneakers to bikes to jewelry, our clients let their customers design products in real time, right inside their online store. We’re on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and API. Our goal: make product personalization scalable and profitable.
I’m Edouard, Kickflip’s Marketing Director. I need a Marketing Manager who thrives on analytics, lives and breathes SEO, is knowledgeable about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and knows how to turn data into growth. You’ll help me scale Kickflip with a strong PLG mindset: content, insights, and communication that actually drive adoption.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Reporting
Own marketing analytics. Funnel, ARPU, CAC, churn, conversion rates. If it moves, you’ll track it. If it stalls, you’ll explain why.
Build dashboards and surface insights that help me make decisions.
SEO & GEO Execution
Drive our SEO strategy: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, link opportunities.
Experiment with GEO: test how Kickflip shows up in AI Overviews and LLM search, find ways to optimize visibility.
Track performance and adapt quickly.
Content Writing & Optimization
Write high-quality content yourself: blog posts, landing pages, and playbooks.
Use Agent AI and other tools to optimize at scale. We believe quality content is king, and it stays that way. Your job is to make it rank and resonate.
PLG & Communication Campaigns
Collaborate with product and support to design communication campaigns that engage users inside the product and post-signup.
Examples: onboarding campaigns, feature announcements, success stories.
Support our product-led growth loop by turning usage data and customer wins into compelling content.
Other
We want you to be an integral part of our growth. Therefore, we also want to hear your ideas and what you can bing to the table to make sure we achieve this growth.

You’re comfortable in the weeds of analytics and SEO.
You’re curious and want to experiment with new frontiers like GEO.
You can actually write. Not corporate filler, but content that educates, informs, and converts.
You’re not afraid of AI, you use it to optimize — but you know quality always comes first.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and not scared of juggling multiple projects.
You like working with product and support teams, not just sitting in the “marketing silo.”
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to me. I’ll give you clear goals, context, and feedback. I’ll also expect you to bring ideas, push back when something doesn’t make sense, and take ownership. No micromanaging, but no hand-holding either.
